आज अगर अंधेरा है तो घबराने का नहीं दोस्तों कल जरूर नया सवेरा आयेगा उसमें सब मुस्कुरायेगें बहुत से लोग हैं, जो इस लाॅकडाउन में बहुत मायूस होगें लेकिन इसके अलावा कोई दूसरा रास्ता ही नहीं है हमें घरों में रहना ही पडेगा लेकिन विश्वास रखें कुछ दिन और उसके बाद सब ठीक हेागा, जब एक रास्ता बन्द होता है तो दूसरा रास्ता जरूर खुल जाता है, ऐसा हर जगह आपने सुना होगा लाॅकडाउन समस्यायें तो बहुत सारी देकर जायेगा इसके साथ-साथ ही साथ हमारे द्वारा किये गये गलत काम को स्मरण भी करा कर जायेगा हम अपना जीवन जीना ही भूल गये हो जैसे आज सब थम सा गया है ऐसे में अकेले बैठ कर लाइफ में अभी तक अच्छा और बुरा जो-जो किया उस पर एनालेसिस करने का समय है और क्या करना है भविष्य में जिससे कुछ अच्छा हो लोगों का भला हो भारत सरकार तो अपना काम कर ही रही मैं देख रहा भारत कि जनता भी इस लडाई में बहुत बढ चढ कर हिस्सा ले रही और मोदी सरकार का सहयोग कर रही है, जल्द ही हम कोरोना जैसी महामारी से जंग जीत लेगें ऐसा लग रहा है, दोस्तों एक बात याद रखे कि यह वाइरस है इससे बचकर घर पर रहें अगर जिसे हो जाये कोरोना तो डरे नहीं सरकार को इन्फार्म करें और जांच करायें होगा तो कुछ, डाक्टर आपको ठीक कर देगें डरे नहीं खुल कर बतायें कोई दिक्कत नहीं किसी को भी हो सकता है, मोदी सरकार के नियमों का पालन करें। भारत में वैसे भी धीरे-धीरे सब लोग ठीक होते जा रहे हैं, मोदी सरकार अपना काम तो कर ही रही लेकिन इस बार स्टेट के मुख्यमंत्री भी अच्छा काम कर रहे हैं, उत्तर प्रदेश में योगी आदित्यनाथ, मध्यप्रदेश में शिवराज सरकार, बिहार में नीतिश सरकार, मुम्बई में उद्वव सरकार काफी अच्छा काम कर रहे हैं। इस बार मुझे सबसे अच्छा जो समूचे भारत में समाजिक संस्थाओं का काम अच्छा लगा संस्थाये अपने-अपने जगह अच्छा काम कर रहीं, लेकिन एक चीज है  जिसको मैने बहुत नजदीक से देखा है कि बहुत सी संस्थायें मदद तो कर रहीं लेकिन मदद किसको कहते हैं ये उनको आज समझने की जरूरत हैं वह लोग लोगों कि मदद एहसान कि तरह कर रहें कहा गया है अगर हमें किसी कि मदद करनी  है तो मदद करके तुरन्त भूल जाओ तब आपको पुण्य मिलेगा लेकिन आज भी कुछ लोग हैं, मदद के नाम पर अपने जान पहचान कि ही मदद कर रहे और उनसे समय आने पर अपने निजि काम के लिये उपयोग करने के लिये उनको ही पहचान कर मदद कर रहे मदद क्या ऐसा कहे एहसान लाद रहे। ऐसे लोग अभी भी अपनी मानसिकता नहीं बदल रहे।

हम जो जी रहे क्या वह जीवन है, आज केाई भी इस शब्द को सत्यनिष्ठा के साथ नहीं कह सकता क्योकि कुछ सालों में ऐसा बदलाब आया है कि लोग जीना भूल ही गये बस एक रीमोट कि तरह अपने जीवन को किसी को सौप आंख मीच कर भाग रहे, न रूकने कि फुरसत है न अपने आप को सुनने कि फुरसत हर किसी के लाइफ में सपने होते ही होते हैं, ऐसा नहीं तो वह जीवित ही नहीं है। आज हम सब सोचते हैं कि अभी कमा लो बाद में घूम लेगे आज कल आज कल करते करते कुछ खेा जाते हैं कुछ के लोग ही खो जाते हैं जिसके साथ सपने सजाये थे एक व्यक्ति था वह बिजनिस मैन था उसकी एक बहुत बडी कम्पनी थी उसने सोचा था कि वह अपनी पत्नी के साथ कुछ दिनों बाद विश्व भ्रमण करेगा फिर सोचा कि चालीस साल काम कर लू फिर निकलूगा विश्व भ्रमण में चालीस साल बाद उसकी पत्नी ही नहीं रही उसका सपना खत्म जिसके साथ घूमना था वह ही नहीं जिदगी में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण था मुझे लगता वह पल आप जीने ये चूक गये बाकी तो सब मोहमाया है, भ्रम है ज्यादातर आज लोगों के साथ हो रहा सभी सोचते हैं आज नहीं कल घूम लेगें अपने परिवार को समय ही नहीं दे पाते यही सोचते हैं कि कल घूम लेगे आज इसका उदाहरण सामने है आज जब कोरोना वाइरस ने समूचे पृथ्वी पर हाहाकार मचा रखा है ऐसे में सब अपने घरों में कैद हैं, कैद तो इसलिये हैं कि इसका सम्बन्ध हमारी जिंदगी से है नहीं तो हम आज भी सडकों पर घूम रहे होते अब जब सब घरों में कैद हैं, अब सालों तो आप कहीं घूम नहीं पायेगें जायेगें भी तो वह आनन्द नहीं ले पायेगें क्योकि हर जगह कडे रूल्स के साथ कुछ करने दिया जायेगा ज्यादा लोगों के साथ घूम भी नहीं सकते ऐसे में पैसा अधिक हो तो न हो तो कोई मायने नहीं रखता जब तक सब कुछ ठीक होगा तब तक इच्छा का पता नहीं क्या होगा मन हो या न हो आज कल के चक्कर में न फैमिली को समय दे पाये न घुमा पाये अब कैद हैं शायद अमेरिकी,फ्रांस,रूस,ब्रिटिश लोग छै महीने कमाते हैं फिर सिर्फ घूमते हैं। अपनी फैमिली के साथ यह भी जीने का एक अच्छा तरीका है हमें यह करना चाहिये। बढिया प्रकृति का आनन्द लेते हुए हर उस सुन्दर चीज को सुनने समझने का मौका लेना चाहिये, जिसे प्रकृति ने सिर्फ हमारे लिये स्पेशल बनाई है। हम छोटी सी जिदंगी में अपने साथ-साथ अपनी चार पीढी कि सोचने में लगे हैं, इसका परिणाम ये होता है कि हम उनका हक छीनने लगते हैं जिसकी आज आपसे ज्यादा उसको जरूरत है। क्योकि सोर्स और रिर्सोस सीमित है हमें अपनी इच्छाओं को अपने परिवार तक ही सीमित रखना चाहिये न कि चार पीडियों कि देखना जीवन में कितना अन्तर आता है मन खुश रहेगा अपना समय परिवार को दे पायेगें उनकी अच्छी बुरी चीजों को समझ पायेगें, यही जिन्दा लोगों कि जिदगी है। जो इस तरह नहीं जी पा रहे शायद वह सब जिन्दा होकर भी मरे हुए हैं।

OIC जिसको हम आॅगनाइजेशन आॅफ द इस्लामिक काफ्रेन्स कहते है इस संस्था का जन्म क्यों हुआ कैसे हुआ इसके बारे में आपको ध्यान देना आज बहुत जरूरी हो गया है,

इस्लामिक सम्मलेन संगठन ऑर्गेनाइजेशन ऑफ द इस्लामिक कांफ्रेंस विधिवत स्थापना 24 मुस्लिम देशों के राष्ट्राध्यक्षों क रबात ;मोरक्को में 1969 में सम्पन्न शिखर सम्मेलन और विदेश मंत्रियों की 1970 में सम्पन्न बैठक के बाद मई 1971 में जेद्दा ;सऊदी अरब में हुई। ओआईसी के चार्टर को 1972 में अपनाया गया। आर्थिक सहयोग में मजबूती लाने के लिये 1981 में एक कार्य योजना को अपनाया गया। 1990 के दशक में इसकी सदस्यता में नियमित रूप से वृद्धि हुई। 28 जून 2011 को अस्ताना ;कजाखस्तान में 38वीं विदेशमंत्री परिषद ;सीएमएम बैठक के दौरान संगठन का नाम ऑर्गेनाइजेशन ऑफ द इस्लामिक कांफ्रेंस से बदलकर ऑर्गेनाइजेशन ऑफ़ इस्लामिक को.ऑपरेशन किया गया।

 सदस्य देशों के मध्य आर्थिक सामाजिक सांस्कृतिक वैज्ञानिक और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्रों में इस्लामी एकजुटता को प्रोत्साहन देना तथा अंतरराष्ट्रीय संगठनों से जुड़े सदस्यों के मध्य परामर्श की व्यवस्था करना

किसी भी रूप में विद्यमान उपनिवेशवाद की समाप्ति तथा जातीय अलगाव और भेदभाव की समाप्ति के लिये प्रयास करना न्याय पर आधारित अंतरराष्ट्रीय शांति और सुरक्षा

के विकास के लिये आवश्यक कदम उठाना धार्मिक स्थलों की सुरक्षा के प्रयासों में समन्वय स्थापित करना फिलिस्तीन संघर्ष को समर्थन तथा उनके अधिकारों और जमीनों को वापसी में उन्हें सहायता देना

विश्व के सभी मुसलमानों की गरिमा स्वतंत्रता और राष्ट्रीय अधिकारों की रक्षा करने के लिये उनके संघर्षों को मजबूती प्रदान करना तथा सदस्य देशों और अन्य देशों के मध्य सहयोग और तालमेल को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिये एक उपयुक्त वातावरण तैयार करना।

क्या यह इन सब कामों को कर पा रही है इसका जबाव है नहीं क्यों क्योकि इनके ज्यादातर सदस्य देश तो खुद सारे नियमों कि अवहेलना करते रहें हैं, इनका काम था जातिय भेदभाव को दूर करना व अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय शान्ति स्थापित करना लेकिन वही ये पाक्स्तिान जैसे देश अपने ही देश के एक हिस्से में रह रहे लोगों पर हर दिन अत्याचार कर रहा इस ये संगठन क्यों चुप है, अफगानिस्तान पर आये दिन हमले में आये दिन काफिर के नाम पर लोगों को मौत के घाट उतारा जा रहा, ऐसे एक दो देश नहीं इस संगठन के बहुत सारे देश ऐसे हैं जहां इस तरीके के रोज अत्याचार हो रहे किस जातिय भेदभाव को दूर करना व अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय शान्ति स्थापित करने की बात कर रहे ये, धार्मिक स्थलों कि सुरक्षा करने की जिम्मेदारी इन्होने ली लेकिन इन्हीं के सदस्य देश सिर्फ मन्दिर, गुरूद्वारे, चर्च, बौद्व मठों को ज्यादातर अपने देशों से समाप्त कर चुके है, करोडों धार्मिक शन्तों को मौत के घाट उतार चुके हैं नरसंहार हो रहा ऐसा मैं क्या पूरी दूनिया नहीं  जानती है, भारत का आम मुस्लिम कोई भी परिवार हो पूछ लो बतायेगे क्या है भारत और यहां कि सनातन संस्कृति कुछ तथाकथित लोग है जो इन आम मुस्लिमों को अपने जिहादी धर्म के झांसे में फांसकर आतंकवाद की तरफ खेच रहे सिर्फ अपनी राजनीति चमकाने की होड के कारण आज कश्मीर देखो लाखों लोग है आनन्द के साथ सनातनी मुस्लिम देश सेवा को सर्वोपरि रख लगे हैं लोगों कि मदद में लेकिन वहीं धर्म के ठेकेदार इस महामारी में अपने यहां जलसे में बुला रहे फिर भागते फिर रहे, भारत  मैं भारतीय मुस्लिम दस प्रतिशत कोरोना वायरस से पीड़ित हैं नब्बे प्रतिशत केश तब्लीगी जमात से जुड़े हैं आप बताये आये दिन बडे-बडे न्यूजपेपर, संस्थाये बता रहीं इस पर आॅगनाइजेशन आॅफ द इस्लामिक काफ्रेन्स क्यों मौन है, धर्म का हवाला देकर धर्म परिवर्तन कराया जा रहा आपके देशों में उसके बाद फिर शोषण किया जा रहा इसका उदाहरण है आपके सामने 

पाक्स्तिान,अफगानिस्तान,बांग्लादेश,ईरान,ईराक,कुबैत,मलेशिया यहां से हिन्दू, बौद्व, सिख, ईसाइ की काफी बडी आवादी थी कहां गयी सिर्फ अपने धर्म कि बात करोगे इनकी कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं शर्म आनी चाहिये ऐसी कटटर पंथी विचार वाली संस्थाओं को  

कहा जा रहा है कि भारतीय मुस्लिम असुरक्षित महसूस कर रहे है। तो ये बात जरूर समझना चाहिये।

पाक्स्तिान में 1950 में 27 प्रतिशत अल्पसंख्यक थे आज 3 प्रतिशत रह गये,बही  बांग्लादेश में 17 प्रतिशत थे आज 7 प्रतिशत रह गये। और भारत में मुस्लिम अल्पसंख्यक 9.8 प्रतिशत थे जो आज 14.3 प्रतिशत हो गये, 

पाक्स्तिान,अफगानिस्तान,बांग्लादेश,ईरान,ईराक,कुबैत,मलेशिया यहां से हिन्दू, बौद्व, सिख, ईसाइ की काफी बडी आवादी थी कहां गयी आतंकी संगठनों लश्कर-ए-तैयबा इस्लामिक स्टेट इन सीरिया बोको हराम पाकिस्तानी तालिबान ,तालिबान,अल-नुसरा फ्रंट,जेमाह इस्लामिया,अल कायदा इन अरेबियन पेनिनसुला,अबू सय्याफ   को मिलकर हटाये अफगानिस्तान में 25 सिक्खेां को उनके धर्म स्थलों में घ्ुस कर मार दिया गया उनका परिवार रो विलख रहा है । इन सब मुददों पर आप कभी बात नहीं करते मिलकर नहीं लडते

 Promoting Islamic solidarity in economic, socio-cultural scientific and other important areas between member countries and arranging consultation among members associated with international organizations.

Strive for the end of any form of existing colonialism and the end of ethnic segregation and discrimination based on justice, international peace and security.

Taking necessary steps for the development of; Co-ordinating efforts for the protection of religious sites; Supporting the Palestine struggle and assisting them in the return of their rights and lands.

To strengthen the struggle of all the Muslims of the world to protect their dignity, independence and national rights and to create a suitable environment to encourage cooperation and synergy between member countries and other countries.

Is it able to do all these things?
