मुझे क्या हर सच्चे भारतीय को आज बहुत कष्ट होता होगा कि जिस देश भारत को तरक्की कि दिशा में लाने के लिये हर समुदाय के सोये हुए आदमी के अन्दर नयी उर्जा का संचार करने वाले लगनशील यशस्वी नेता जिन्होने प्रधानमंत्री बनने के बाद हर दिन सिर्फ 24 घण्टे में सिर्फ 5 घण्टे ही आराम फिर सिर्फ काम जमीन से लेकर आसमान तक और समूचे विश्व में अपनी लोकप्रियता,उदारशीलता कि दम पर व सबको मित्र बनाकर साथ लेकर चलने वाले नेता के बारे में कुछ आराजक तत्वो वामपंथियों द्वारा भला-बुरा सुनने में आता होगा तो बहुत कष्ट होता होगा। मैं मानता हूॅ सरकारे हमेशा सही नही होती।
संसद में नागरिकता संशोधन कानून यानी सीएए पारित होने के बाद उसके अंध विरोध कि चिगारी ने जो हिंसक रूप धारण किया उसके चलते देश कि राजधानी में 40 से अधिक HINDU ,MUSLIM INDIANS लोगो कि जान चली गयी अरबों रूपये कि संम्पत्ति स्वाहा हो गयी।
सीएए के विरोध में हैरान करने वाली बात यह है कि विरोधी सीएए में किसी आपत्तिजनक प्रावधान को इंगित न कर कानून वापस लेने कि जिद पर अडे हुए हैं। इस कानून के साथ एनआरसी के स्वकल्पित भय को जोडकर उन्होने हिसा का बहाना बनाया। इस स्थिति को बनाने में कई पत्रकारों,नेताओ,बुद्वजीवियों एवं कलाकारों ने नकारात्मक ही नही बल्कि घातक भूमिका निभाई विरोध कि अगुवाई कर रहे स्वर सीएए के किसी प्रावधान पर बात न कर केवल भारतीय नेतृत्व के प्रति भावनायें भडका रहे हैं।
उदाहरण- पत्रकार सबा नकबी ने विरोधियों से अदालतों के सहारे न रहकर सडको पर उतरने का आवाहन किया वही एमआइएम नेता वारिस पठान ने 15 करोड मुसलमान होने के बावजूद सौ करोड पर भारी पडने कि धमकी दी। छात्र नेता शर्जील इमाम असम को भारत से अलग करने कि बात कर रहा था तब कवि हुसैन हैदरी सीएए को राज्य प्रायोजित आतंकवाद बता रहे थे। राजनीति दलों ने भी आग में घी डालने का काम किया। खुद सोनिया गांधी ने अस्तित्व का हवाला देकर वर्ग विशेष को घरो से निकलने कि आवाज दी और अकबरूददीन ओवैसी ने भारत को अपने मतावलवियों कि पैतृक जागीर बताया विपक्ष और वामपंथियों बुद्वजीवियों द्वारा समर्थित जहरीले विरोध का आलम रह था कि लोग गलत नारे
लगाने लगे।
अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के दौरे पर भडकाई गयी हिंसा इस बात का सबूत है कि विद्रोह कि चिर परिचित प्रोपेगेंडा शैली में भारत को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर एक संर्घष क्षेत्र के रूप में प्रस्तुत करने का प्रयास किया गया।
वास्तव में वह नक्सली विचारधारा जो पिछले पांच दशकों से भारत में व्यापक जन विद्रोह खडा करने का प्रयास कर रही है और जिस पर सीएए के विरोध को हवा देने के आरोप लगते हैं। भारतीय जनतंत्र को धोखा बताती रही है। नक्सलवाद के शीर्ष विचारक चारू मजूमदार का कहना था कि कृान्तिकारियों को ऐसा सजग नेतृत्व देना होगा जो नौकरशाहों पुलिस कर्मियों और सैन्य अधिकारियों पर बार कर सके। हमारी लडाई थानों और इमारतों से नही बल्कि पुलिसकर्मियों और अधिकारियों से है।
दिल्ली में पुलिसकर्मियों और अधिकारियों पर लगातार हुए हमलों में इस नक्सली विचार कि स्पष्ट झलक मिलती है। सीएए विरोध में अन्य स्थानों पर हुयी हिंसा कि ही भांति दिल्ली दंगों में भी पुलिस और सुरक्षावलों को विशेष रूप से निशाना बनाया गया। इन हमलों में एक पुलिसकर्मी और गुप्तचरकर्मी कि मौत हो गयी और एक वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारी को गंभीर चोटे आयी। एक अन्य स्थान पर अर्धसैनिक बलों के उपर तेजाब फेका गया पुलिस और सुरक्षा बलों को निशाना बनना क्षणिक भावावेश न होकर एक सोची समझी रणनीति का ही हिस्सा था। मोदी सरकार अभी तक यह भी नही समझ पाई है कि जिस सरकार ने दशको शासन किया हो और देश हित में कोई भी कानून बनाने में बोलने में सिर्फ अपना फायदा देखती रही हो आपस में लडवाती रही हो जिसकी पार्टी कि नीव ही यही हो फिर मोदी सरकार द्वारा देश हित में लिये गये फैसले देश में शान्ति सबका साथ,सबका विकास ,सबका विश्वास,कैसे बर्दाश्त कर सकती है।
