हां दुनिया में कुछ भी इतना मूल्यवान नहीं जितना कि साधारण सा पानी यह निराला द्रव है इसके विना जीवन की कल्पना भी नहीं कि जा सकती पानी कि रक्षा होनी चाहिये यह बात हर आदमी को समझनी चाहिये चाहे काई भी जीवन पथ उसने क्यों चुना हो उसे जो भी बनने की इच्छा हो वह जहां भी काम करें उसे यह बात भूलनी नहीं चाहिये कि पानी की अवश्य रक्षा करें इसका मतलव है। जीवन कि रक्षा स्वास्थ्य कि रक्षा सृमद्वि कि रक्षा, परिवेश प्रकृति सौदर्य कि रक्षा । यह हर एक का कर्तव्य है।प्रकृति में जो कुछ भी है जटिल और अकसर आशातीत संबंधों द्वारा एक अटूट सतत संकुल के रूप में जुडा हुआ है नदी पानी से भरी पूरी रहे, इसके लिये जरूरी कि उनके तटों पर जंगल उगें जंगल नदी का पोषण करने वाली भूगत आर्द्रता का भंडार संचित करते है और उनकी रक्षा करते हैं और हानिकारक कीडे-मकौडे से जंगल कि रक्षा चीटियां करती है (यह सच है कि वे कुल्हाडी से जंगल को नहीं बचा सकती ) इस प्रकार बडी सी नदी का जीवन छोटी-छोटी चीटियों से संबद्व है। यदि आप जंगलो में सिर्फ सैर करने के लिये जाते है तो भी चीटियों के छोटे- छोटे बिलों कि रक्षा करनी चाहिये यह भी पानी कि ही देखभाल है।
हर आदमी को जिसे हमारे देश में खेतों में अन्न उपजाना होगा यह बात याद रखनी चाहिये कि जमीन को इस प्रकार से जोता जाये कि बसंत ऋतु में पिघलती बर्फ कि आर्द्रता खेतो में व्यर्थ न बह सके।हमारी सुन्दर प्रथ्वी पर स्वच्छ हवा में सांस लेना चाहिये।
