अल्पसंख्यकों को सुरक्षा का पूरा आश्वासन है। इसके साथ ही उनमें अपील भी हैं कि वे अल्पसंख्यक कि भाषा में सोचना बन्द कर दें। अगर व अल्पसंख्यक कि भाषा में सोचेगे तो फिर बहुसंख्यक बहुसंख्यक कि भाषा में सोचेगे फिर दुराभाव पैदा होगा इसलिये हम सब भारतीय के रूप में सोचे भारत के नागरिक के रूप में अधिकार मांगे संविधान जो कत्र्तव्य निर्दिष्ट करता है। उसका पालन करें।
अगर केन्द्र में हमें कुछ करने का मौका मिला तो हम सबकी मानसिकता बदलने का पूरा प्रयास करेगे और सफल होगे ऐसा हमारा विष्वास है।
जब स्व0 श्री अटल बिहारी बाजपेयी जी प्रधानमंत्री बने उस समय मिडिया ने उनसे बात कि और पूछा आज आपके प्रधानमंत्री बनने कि ख़ुशी में पूरे देश में जो स्वतः स्र्फूत उल्लास और उत्सव का रंग छा गया उसे देखकर कैसा लगा।
प्रधानमंत्री जी बोले यह सब देखकर मुझे स्व0 भाउराव देवरस और पंडित दीनदयाल उपाघ्याय जी का बार बार स्मरण आता है। इतना कहने पर उनके आखों से आंसू आ गये। उनकी आखेां में पुरानी यादों का मानों महासागर उमड आया वे फवक-फवक कर रो पडे काष आज भाउराव देवरस और दीनदयाल जी होते इन क्षणों के हिमालय के शब्दों में उतारपाना असम्भव है असंभव । यह एक प्रधानमंत्री नही एक स्वंयसेवक के आसूं थे। बडी कठनाई से स्वयं को सम्भाल कर आगे बोले उनके सत्संग में गुजरे क्षण याद आते है। किस तरह उन्होनेे अंगुली पकडकर पत्रकारिता कि डगर पर चलना सिखाया। किस तरह व्यक्ति के विकास के लिये प्रयास करना लेकिन जिसका विकास होना है पता तक न लगने देना कि सारा प्रयास तेरे विकास के लिये है। यह संघ कि बहुत बडी विशेषता है।
जब मुझे उदार विचार वाला कहा जाता है। तो लोग यह भूल जाते हैं कि ये देन पं0 दीनदयाल उपाध्याय जी कि देन है। परमपूज्य गुरूजी का भी स्मरण आता है। वयं पंचारधिक शतम - महाभारत का यह उदाहरण देते हुए उन्होने बार-बार इस बात पर बल दिया कि घर में विवाद एक सीमा तक ही होना चाहिये। बाहर वालो के लिये हम सब एक है । यह भावना मन से कभी समाप्त नहीं होनी चाहिये।
लाखों स्वयं सेवकों के परिश्रम,सर्मपण से,कष्ट सहन से,त्याग से,आज का दिन देखने को मिला है। जो आज हमारे साथ नहीें है। उन सबको विनम्र श्रद्वाजंलि अर्पित करता हंॅू कि मेरे हाथ से ऐसा कोई काम नहीं होगा जिससे संघ की धवल कीर्ति पर कोई धब्बा लगें।
प्रिय मित्रो ये है संघ जिसने भारत को बडे से बडे वीर सपूत दिये जिनकी कल्पना करना असम्भव हैं। मैं संघ परिवार को धन्यवाद देते हॅंू कि भारत कि आन,वान,शान के लिये ऐसे वीर योद्वा तैयार करने के लिये आज हर व्यक्ति को संघ से जुडना चाहिये ।

Seeing all this, the Prime Minister said, I am reminded repeatedly of late Bhaurao Deoras and Pandit Deendayal Upaghyay. On saying this, tears came from his eyes. In their eyes, as the memories of old memories came in the ocean, they woke up crying, today, it is impossible to capture these moments in the words of Himalayas being Bhaurao Deoras and Deendayalji. This was the dream of a volunteer, not a prime minister. After remembering himself with great difficulty, he spoke further and remembers the moments passed in his satsang.
