कभी -कभी उच्च पदों वाले नेताओं या (बडो से) सैकडों हजारों कि बजाय लाखों लोंगों कि व्यवस्था कि अपेक्षा कि जाती है । इस सम्बन्ध में उनकी क्षमता या अक्षमता पर राष्ट्र (घर) का भाग्य निर्भर करता है।
भारत में मुगल साम्राज्य कि स्थापना बाबर के दृढ और सोच समझ कर उठाये गये जोखिम पूर्ण कार्य के साथ हुई थी। बाबर और उनके साथी विदेशियों के रूप में एशिया से भारत आये थे। वे अल्पसंखयक जाति के थे और इस्लाम के मानने वाले थे। बाबर ने जिस देश पर शासन कि इच्छा कि उसकी अधिकांश आबादी हिन्दुओं कि थी और उसके उत्तराधिकारियों का सबसे अधिक प्रतिरोध दिल्ली के साथ लगे क्षेत्रो में राज्य करने वाले वीर राजपूतो ने किया
बाबर के पोते अकबर ने 16 साल कि आयु में गददी संभली उसने आरम्भ में तलवार के जोर वर काम किया । वह राजपूतो कि वीरता का सम्मान करता था और शीघ्र ही उसने अनुभव किया कि वह एक विदेशी देश में है और उसे युद्व या समझौते मे से एक को राज्य का शासन के लिये चुनना होगा।
अकबर ने राजपूतों कि ओर दोस्ती का हाथ बढाया और राजपूत राजकुमारी से शादी करने कि इच्छा व्यक्त कि । उससे उत्पन्न जहांगीर राज्य का उत्तराधिकारी बना। जहांगीर ने अपने पिता का अनुशरण किया। भारत कि जातियों और धर्मो को अपने अनुकूल बना लेना सभी शासको के लिये एक चुनौती भरा काम था। बाद में

एक योद्वा के रूप में अकबर ने भारत के एक बहुत बडे भाग को जीत लिया लेकिन उसकी दृष्टि एक बहुत बडी स्थायी विजय पर थी। लोगो के दिल और दिमाग पर विजय पाने कि इच्छा उसमे संयुक्त भारत का पुराना सपना पनपा । वह सपना केवल राजनीतिक रूप में भारत को एक करने का नहीं वरन वह देशवासियों को एक व्यक्ति के रूप में संगठित करना चाहता था।

The Mughal Empire in India was established with the risky and deliberate work done by Babur. Babur and his fellow foreigners came to India from Asia.
