आज इतनी भीड भाड भरी जिदगी में इन्सान को मन से सुखी होने के लिये उसमें सहनशीलता,दया, सहिष्णुता के साथ क्रोध, ईर्षा ,नफरत,बदले कि भावना इत्यादि पर काबू पाना जरूरी है। नही तो हमारा दिमाग कुण्ठित अवस्था में चला जायेगा और हम इस जीवन में क्या किसी भी जन्म में सुख तरक्की का अनुभव नही कर सकतें।
वीर इन्सान बनो आज के दौर में इंसान और पशु दोनो ही एक सा कार्य कर रहे है कुछ ही चीजे है जो हमें पशु से अलग महान बनाती है
जीवन जीना समय को ढोना नही है बल्कि एक कला है वर्षो कि गणना भी जीवन नही है । बर्षो में करना क्या है। सह जीवन कि पहचान है । कछुआ 400 वर्ष जीवित रहता है। यह शारीरिक जीवन है। जीते तो सभी है पर हमें यहां जीतने के लिये पैदा हुए है।

तू शास्त्रविहित कर्तव्य कर क्योकि कर्म न करने कि अपेक्षा कर्म करना श्रेष्ठ है तथा कर्म न करने से तेरा शरीर निर्वाह भी सिद्व नही होगा।
