शुक्र
धरती पर तेजाब कि बरसात अब जाकर कहीे शुरू हुयी है। यह मनुष्य कि मूर्खता और लालच का परिणाम है। लेकिन शुक्र जन्म से ही तेजाब कि बरसात में नहा रहा है।
बुध के बाद सूर्य के सबसे निकट ग्रह है। बुध का दर्शन करना केवल मरिनर-10 के भाग्य में था। लेकिन शुक्र का अध्ययन करने के लिये अमेरिका,रूस के काफी यान चक्कर लगा रहे हैं शुक्र के आस पास चक्कर लगाने के लिये प्रयोगशालायें भी भेजी गयी। लेकिन उसके बावजूद शुक्र के बारे में मिली जानकारी कम ही है। क्योकि शुक्र है खानदानी घूघट का पर ना खेाले रे ऐसा कहकर घने कुहरे और बादलों में छिप कर बैठी है यह खानदानी रूपसुदंरी शुक्र के चारों ओर सचमुच गूढता का एक वलय है।
शुक्र का सूर्य से औसत अंतर है करीब दस करोड बयासी लाख किमी0 एक सेकेण्ड में 34 किमी0 कि गति से वह सूर्य कि परिक्रमा करता है। यानि गति कि दृष्टि से वह हमारे सौरमण्डल में दूसरे कृमांक का गृह है। बुध कि सूर्य कि परिक्रमा कक्षा अंडाकृति होती है। शुक्र कि भ्रमण कक्षा विल्कुल निराली है। शुक्र पर पश्चिम में सूर्य उदय और पूर्व में उसका अस्त होता है।
उसे धरती कि परिक्रमा करने के लिये उसे धरती के करीब 224 दिन लगते है। लेकिन उसके इस एक वर्ष में उसके दो दिन भी पूरे नहीं होते।
शुक्र के प्रष्ठ भाग पर 68 किमी कि उचाई एक बादल और वाष्प का घना आवरण है। लेकिन यह वाष्प पानी बा नहीं बल्कि तेजाब का है।
