हम सब लोगो ने ये शब्द जरूर सुना होगा इसमे कुछ नया नही है। आप यही सोच रहे होगे लेकिन अगर आप ध्यान से देखे तो आपके जीवन का सबसे बडा सच इस शब्दो में छिपा है। हमारी सनातन संस्कृति में पहले गुरूकुल रीति थी आज भी है लेकिन कम है कुछ समय के अनुसार लोग अपने आप से छोड नयी रीति अपना रहे हैं।
आज विधार्थी बचपन से बडे तक पन्द्रह से सोलह साल तक पढाई में लगाता है फिर भी पढाई पूरी होने के बाद न कैरियर बना न सुखी रही आप सोच रहे होगे क्या बकबास है लेकिन धैर्य रखखे हम आपके समझाने कि पूरी कोशिश करेगें। ग्रेजुएशन के बाद या तो आप सरकारी नौकरी के चक्कर में भागेगे या फिर कोई टेक्निकल कोर्स कि तरफ भागेगे कुुछ को पता ही नही क्या करना है आगे क्या नही फिर हम फस जाते है भवर जाल में और आने वाला समय हमारे लिये दुखद बन जाता है। लेकिन यह भी नही कहा जा सकता कि आर्पौचनीटि कम बहुत आर्पौचनीटि बहुत हैं लेकिन पहले गुरूकुल सभ्यता में जो गुरू होते थे। वह अपना तन- मन एकाग्रता के साथ अपने शिष्य पर लगाते थे और हर विधार्थी कि क्षमता के आकलन कर लेते थे फिर उसको दिशा देते थे विधार्थी आनन्द के साथ लगन के साथ आगे बढता था। आज उसके विपरीत दृष्य देखने को मिलता है गुरू रूपये के भूखे हद से ज्यादा लालची हो गये है जिन्होने आज विधार्थी के जीवन को सुधारने का ठेका ले रखा है, इसका बहुत बडा अलग से मार्केट भी बना दिया है। लाखों ,करोडो का व्यापार बन गया है सबसे दुखद बात यह है कि इनको असलियत में विधार्थी से कोई मतलब नही हर साल कबाड कि तरह विधार्थी भर लेते हैं अगली साल फिर नये विधार्थी इसी तरह हर साल यही चलता रहता है। अगर आप पूछे आप के यहा से हजारो लाखेां विधार्थी आते हैं कैरियर कितने का बना इनको कुछ पता नही होता इनको सिर्फ अपना अकांउट फुल करने में तारगेट रहता है। जो विधार्थी ग्रेजुएशन करके आया और सरकारी नौकरी पाने के लिये कोचिंग में एडमिशन लिया उससे क्या पता और कोचिंग इन्सटियूट मंे एक बैंच में हजारो बच्च्ेा होते हैं और टीचर भी अपना पडाया निकल लिये क्या समझ आया कि नही कुछ मतलब नही आज कि ये स्थिति है फिर विधार्थी रगडते-रगडते कुत्ते कि जिदंगी जीते-जीते चार-पांच साल गवा देता है। उसके भूख, प्यास, मूल भूत इच्छाये मरने लगती हैं। कोचिंग इन्स्टयूट के पांच साल में करोेडो का व्यापार हो गया फिर पांच साल बाद विधार्थी जिस पढाई से दुनिया बदलने कि सोचता था आज खुद कि दुनिया गुमनाम नजर आने लगती है इसकी जिम्मेदारी हमारे गुरू कि थी जिस लिये विधार्थी आया था वो दिया नही गुमनाम भीड में खडा हुआ महसूस कर रहा है। आज का छात्र उसमेे कुछ सोचते है कुछ और देखा जाये लेकिन चार पांच साल में खर्च इतना हो जाता है कि अब पहले कही से कमाये फिर कुछ और करे कुछ अपनी जिंदगी विधाता के नाम करके आंख में आंसू या अपने इन्सटिटयूट या समय को कोसता रहता है। कुछ अपनी जिदंगी से हारकर पालग या गुमनाम हो जाते हैं। कुछ लोग सोचते हैं सायद मोबाइल कि तरह कोई लाइफ को भी रिसेट बटन होता दवाते ही सब फिर से नया हो जाता।
