गांधी जी गो रक्षा मेरे लिये मनुष्य जाति के विकास में एक सबसे अदभुत चमत्कारपूर्ण घटना है। यह मानव को अपनी स्वाभाविक मर्यादा से बाहर ले जाती है। मेरे लिये गाय का अर्थ है समस्त मनुष्येतर सृष्टि गाय के द्वारा मनुष्य को तमाम प्राणियों के साथ तदात्मय अनुभव का आदेश दिया गया है। गाय को देवता क्यों माना गया यह मेरे लिये स्पष्ट है । भारत में गाय मनुष्य का उत्तम साथी है । वह कामधेनु है । गाय मूर्तिमन्त करूणामयी कविता है। इस नम्र और निरीह पशु कि आखेंा से करूणा टपकती है। भारत के करोडो लोगो कि माता है।
गोरक्षा का अर्थ है
भगवान कि समस्त मूक सृष्टि कि रक्षा प्राचीन ऋषियों ने भले वे कोई भी हों गाय से इसका आरम्भ किया जो हिन्दू गाय कि रक्षा करता है उसे हर एक पशु कि रक्षा करनी चाहिये परन्तु सब वातों का विचार करते हुए हम सिर्फ इसलिये उसकी गो रक्षा में दोष न निकालें कि वह दूसरे जानवरों को नहीं बचा पाता।
इसलिये विचारणीय प्रश्न केवल यह है कि गोरक्षा करना ठीक है या नहीं उसका ऐसा करना गलत नहीं है यदि अहिसां मे विश्वास रखने वालों का आम तौर पर जानवरों को न मारना कर्तव्य समझा जा सकता है। और प्रत्येक हिन्दू बल्कि प्रत्येक धार्मिक पुरूष ऐसा ही करता है। आम तौर पर जानवरों को न मारने का और इसलिये उन्हे ं बचाने का कर्तव्य निर्विवाद सत्य माना जाना चाहिये।
तब तो हिन्दू धर्म के लिये तारीफ कि बात है कि उसने गोरक्षा को कर्तव्य समझकार अपनाया है। गोरक्षा सूक्ष्म अथवा आध्यात्मिक अर्थ है सभी जीवों कि रक्षा करना हमारे ऋषियों ने आश्चर्य जनक अविष्कार किया है। मै प्रतिदिन इसकी सच्चाई का कायल होता जा रहा हूॅ।

The ancient rishis who protected all the silent creation of God started it from the cow no matter whoever protects the Hindu cow, it should protect every animal, but considering all the vatas, we are only guilty of protecting its cow. Do not remove that he cannot save other animals.
Therefore, the question to be considered is whether it is right to protect cow or not if it is wrong to do so if those who believe in non-violence can generally be considered not duty to kill animals. And every Hindu but every religious man does the same. Generally, the duty of not killing animals and therefore protecting them should be considered as undisputed truth.
