तूफानों कि गर्त में,यूॅ तो घेासलें गिरे हजारों बार

खग ने न जाने कितने झेले ,जन प्रहार

वक्त वे वक्त हुआ,उसके चूजों का संघार 

गर्व है प्रकृति को उस खग पर जो वक्त से लडकर

जीवन कि पीडा सहकर माने न कभी हार

हर गम को भूलाकर तुफानों कि गति में भी

बना लेती है। नया संसार गर्व है प्रकृति को

उस खग पर जो माने न कभी हार। 

अच्छे नेता के सम्मुख एक ध्येय होता है। उसकी सिद्वि के मार्ग में आने वाली कठिनाईयों और विचारो के द्वन्द में भी उसके ध्येय कि पूर्ति कि अनिवार्यता समाप्त नहीं होती।

कुछ लोगो को यश और कुछ कि सत्ता से प्ररेणा मिलती है । कुछ ऐसे नेता भी होते हैं। जिन्हें जनता कि प्रतिक्रिया कि चिन्ता रहती है। वे दूसरों के विचारों के कारण विचलित होते रहते हैं। कुछ थेाडे ही ऐसे होते हैं जो अपने स्पष्ट ध्येय के प्रति अवाध गति से बढते रहते हैं। 

लिंकन ने कहा था कि - मै प्रशासन का काम इस प्रकार चलाना चाहता हूॅ कि भले ही मेरा अंत में कोई समर्थक या मित्र न रहें परन्तु मेरी अन्तरात्मा तो मेरे कामों की समर्थक होगी।

एक सोददेश्य नेता हमेशा जनता कि राय को स्थायी नही मानता उसमें उसे परिवर्तित करने कि इच्छा शक्ति होती है। कहा जाता है कि दृढ इच्छाशक्ति वाले व्यक्ति के मार्ग से बाधायें स्वयं हट जाती हैं। नेताओं में अधिक सोददेशय व्यक्ति वे होते हैं जो या तो प्रभु या भौतिक दर्शन में विश्वास रखते हेै।अपने अतिरिक्त किसी उच्च शक्ति कि प्ररेणा से ही नेता स्थिर रह सकता है। एक धार्मिक लेखक ने उन लोगों का उल्लेख किया है जो दैवीय प्रेरणा के कारण अपने मार्ग पर चले।

जब कोलम्बस ने अपनी यात्रा कि योजना स्पेन के दरवार में रखी तो डी तालेवरा आर्कविशप के नेतृत्व में दरवार के विद्वान लोगों ने उससे पूछा कि वह इस बात का प्रमाण दे कि पश्चिम कि ओर यात्रा करके वह पूर्व कैसे पहंुच जाएगा उन्होने कोलमबस से कहा कि तुम यह करने वाले कौन होते हो जो आज तक कोई भी जीवित व्यक्ति नहीं कर सका।

आप लोगो ने मेरी योजना और नक्शे देख लिये हैं। मै प्रभू के द्वारा भेजा गया निम्मित मात्र हूॅ। वही प्रेरक है। मैं दिगदर्शक के सहारे अकेला यात्रा नहीं करूगां। मै तो उस पर विश्वास के प्रकाश में आगे बढूंगा।
