सभी डॉक्टरों, मेडिकल की पढ़ाई कर रहे छात्रों, नर्सों को वैक्सीन Coronavirus | vaccination


देश में कोरोना वायरस के खिलाफ काफी तेजी से टीकाकरण अभियान चल रहा है। अब तक देशभर में नौ करोड़ 43 लाख से अधिक कोरोना के टीके लगाए जा चुके हैं। स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के मुताबिक, बीते गुरुवार को 36 लाख 91 हजार टीके लगाए गए हैं। हालांकि इस बीच देश में संक्रमण के मामले भी तेजी से बढ़ रहे हैं। पिछले 24 घंटे के दौरान कोरोना के एक लाख 31 हजार 968 नए मामलों की पुष्टि हुई है। महाराष्ट्र, छत्तीसगढ़, उत्तरप्रदेश और दिल्ली समेत कुल 10 राज्यों में नए मामले प्रतिदिन बढ़ रहे हैं। आइए विशेषज्ञ से जानते हैं कोरोना से जुड़े कुछ जरूरी सवालों के जवाब... 


जयपुर स्थित एसएमएस मेडिकल कॉलेज के प्रोफेसर डॉ. रमन शर्मा कहते हैं, 'भारत सरकार और राज्य सरकारें कोविड के खिलाफ युद्ध स्तर पर काम कर रही हैं, लेकिन इसमें लोगों की सबसे बड़ी भूमिका है। उन्हें खुद का दायित्व समझते हुए जागरूक होना होगा और जो नियम बनाए जा रहे हैं, चाहे लॉकडाउन हो, कर्फ्यू हो या कोविड एप्रोप्रियेट बिहेवियर (कोरोना से बचने के उपाय) हो, उनका पालन करना होगा। जब तक जरूरी न हो, बाहर न जाएं।'  

वैक्सीन अभी 45 साल के ऊपर के लोगों को लग रही है, क्या 30 साल वालों को लगाने पर समस्या हो सकती है? 


डॉ. रमन शर्मा कहते हैं, 'जी नहीं, वैक्सीन चरणबद्ध तरीके से लगाई जा रही है, इसमें फ्रंटलाइन वर्कर में 18 साल से ऊपर के सभी डॉक्टरों, मेडिकल की पढ़ाई कर रहे छात्रों, नर्सों को वैक्सीन लगी है। फिलहाल वैक्सीन 45 साल के ऊपर वालों को लग रही है, आने वाले समय में इससे कम उम्र के लोगों को भी लगाई जाएगी। केंद्र सरकार की कोशिश है कि जल्द से जल्द वैक्सीन 18 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों को लग सके। हां, वैक्सीन तब तक 18 साल से नीचे के बच्चों को नहीं लग सकती है, जब तक इसके ट्रायल के परिणाम न आ जाएं।' 


कोरोना की दूसरी लहर में क्या नए लक्षण पाए जा रहे हैं

डॉ. रमन शर्मा कहते हैं, 'अभी कोरोना के जो नए केस आ रहे हैं, उसमें भी पुराने लक्षण ही हैं, इनमें बहुत ज्यादा अंतर नहीं है। खांसी, गले में खराश, बुखार, स्वाद न आना आदि लक्षण ही लोगों में ज्यादा पाए जा रहे हैं। लेकिन इस बार युवा ज्यादा संक्रमित हो रहे हैं, क्योंकि वो बाहर सोशल गैदरिंग (सामाजिक मेलजोल) कर रहे हैं। महाराष्ट्र में केस ज्यादा पाए जा रहे हैं और वहां बच्चे ज्यादा संक्रमित पाए गए हैं।' 

कोरोना की दूसरी लहर से बचने के लिए क्या करें? 

डॉ. रमन शर्मा कहते हैं, 'कोविड से बचने के लिए कई तरह के सुरक्षा कवच दिए गए हैं, पहला तो सभी नियमों का पालन करें। दूसरा अगर किसी को कोविड हो गया है या लक्षण हैं तो तुरंत आइसोलेशन में जाएं। उस व्यक्ति से जितने लोग संपर्क में आए हैं, वो तुरंत होम आइसोलेशन हों, ताकि संक्रमण बाहर और लोगों में न पहुंचे। इसके अलावा जिनके लिए टीकाकरण अभियान चलाया जा रहा है, वह खुद आगे आएं और वैक्सीन लगवाएं। लेकिन इन सबके बावजूद कोविड एप्रोप्रियेट बिहेवियर (कोरोना से बचने के उपाय) को नहीं छोड़ना है। अमेरिका के लोगों ने भी मास्क लगाना और सुरक्षित शारीरिक दूरी का पालन करना बंद कर दिया था, जिससे वहां मृत्यु का आंकड़ा बढ़ने लगा था।' 

कोविड की मौजूदा स्थिति को कैसे देखते हैं? 

डॉ. रमन शर्मा कहते हैं, 'देश में हर दिन कोरोना के केस बढ़ते जा रहे हैं। हर हफ्ते जिस तरह से केस की संख्या बढ़ रही है, उतने की उम्मीद नहीं की गई थी। लेकिन वायरस का प्रभाव काफी तेजी से बढ़ रहा है। इसलिए कहा जा रहा है कि कोविड एप्रोप्रियेट बिहेवियर (कोरोना से बचने के उपाय) को न छोड़ें। कुछ दिन पहले तक लोग इसे पूरी तरह से भूल चुके थे, इसी वजह से आज स्थिति इस तरह की है। शहरों में लॉकडाउन न लगाना पड़े, इसलिए लोगों को अभी से संभल कर और सतर्कता से रहना चाहिए।'

पूरी दुनिया को कोरोना जैसी महामारी में झोकने वाले चीन ने दुनिया के मानवों को नष्ट करने कि ठान ली है, कुछ दिन ही हुए चीन को कोरोना से कुछ निजात मिले लेकिन इसी कि बजह से अभी भी पूरी दुनिया महामारी से अपनी जान,माल का नुकसान झेल रही है,लाखों लोग मर रहे हैं फिर भी निरंकुश चीनी शासन थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा न ही बडी-बडी संस्थायें कार्यवाही कर रही चीन द्वारा किये गये निर्जीव जानवरों पर अत्याचार से ही कोरोना जैसी महामारी ने जन्म लिया लाखों लोग मर गये और लाखों लोगों कि जान जाने कि अभी भी आशंका है, चीन को इससे सीखने कि जरूरत थी लेकिन विकास के दौर में पूरी दुनिया को मौत में धकेल चीन फिर से गलती दौहरा रहा चीन में बेट मार्केट फिर से शुरू हो गया जहां बिल्लियां,कुत्ते,मछली,खरगोश,चमगादड,उल्लू, समुद्री जीव,पशु-पक्षी का मांस बेचना फिर शुरू कर दिया है,चीन अपनी गलती से कुछ नहीं सीखा अभी तक ऐसा लगता है, न ही दुनिया में मर रहे लोगों कि चिन्ता है उसे सिर्फ बाजारबाद,स्वार्थवाद पर ही अढा है ऐसे में संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ व सभी देशों को एक साथ आकर इसका विरोध करना चाहिये और बैट मार्केट को बिल्कुल बन्द करवा देना चाहिये। नहीं तो इसका परिणाम पूरी दुनिया को फिर से भुगतना पड सकता है। अभी कुछ देशों ने ही इसके खिलाफ अवाज उठायी है,सबको मिलकर एक साथ आना होगा।

 दोस्तों आज जब पूरे पृथ्वी को कोरोना जैसी महामारी ने घेर रखा है हर जगह मौत का तांडब है ऐसे में हर वह व्यक्ति सोचता होगा कि शायद हम अपने देश में होते परिवार के साथ होते यह सोचना बहुत लाजमी हो जाता है, क्योंकि इसके जिम्मेदार भी आप हैं आप ने ही इसका चुनाव किया अपने परिवार को छोडना, जिनका आपसे मिलाप सिर्फ कुछ वर्षो का हैं मरने के बाद हम कभी नहीं मिलने वाले, हम महान बनने के चक्कर में शायद अज्ञानता को जन्म दे बैठे, आज हर उस व्यक्ति का परिवार चिन्तित है जो दूसरे देशों में हैं, आप बतायें दिल से आप ने आखिर क्यों उस मार्ग को चुना था, अधिक खुशियो के लिये आज अमेरिका,फ्रंास,इटली,ब्रिटेन जैसे देश जो हर चीज में बहुत आगे हैं अच्छे डाक्टर अच्छे सुविधायें हैं लेकिन आज जब वास्तव मंे जरूरत पडी तो सच सामने हैं कुछ नहीं सिर्फ छलावा है, आप अपनी महानता अपने देश में भी सिद्व कर सकते थ्ेा, जहां के लोग आपके थे, मिटटी आपकी थी, परिवार आपके साथ था आपकी महानता से देश और देश के लेाग आगे बढते अगर भारत कि बात करें तो भारतीय हर क्षेत्र में महानता हासिल कर चुका है लेकिन सब अपने फायदे के लिये अपना देश को छोडकर भाग जाते हैं। आज जब लाखों कि संख्या में लोग वहां मर रहे हैं ऐसे में कौन जीवित है कौन मर गया कुछ पता नहीं परिवार वाले पल पल काॅल कर रहे बात होती रहे तो जिन्दा है बात होना बन्द तो समझे कोई समस्या है   हो गयी कोई बताये और कोई माध्यम है और जो मर भी रहे उनका दाह संस्कार कुछ ही समय में करना अनिवार्य है। ऐसे में आप कैसे अपने देश से ज्यादा सुरक्षित महसूस कर सकते हैं।

आज ये खुले आसमान में निर्भिक आनन्द के साथ घूम रहे हैं ,lockdown,UP,corona virus




प्रिय मित्रों हमारे द्वारा लिखे गये ब्लाॅग पर आप लोगों द्वारा मुझे बहुत प्यार दिया इसका मैं सदा अभारी रहूगां। आज हम आपके सामने एक ऐसी समस्या को लेकर जागरूक करने आया हूॅ जिसके जिम्मेदार भी स्वयं हम ही हैं, दोस्तो आज जब पूरा भारत लाॅकडाउन कि स्थिति में इन पलों को महसूस कीजिये हम थेाडा परेशान जरूर हैं लेकिन आज मैने स्वयं यूपी, बिहार के बोर्डर वह देखा जो आज से लगभग 500 साल पहले शायद ऐसा होगा, जो हम माहौल धार्मिक सीरियल में देखते हैं। आज मैने अनुभव किया जब लाॅक डाउन है मन कितना शान्त है न आगे से पो-पो न पीछे से पो-पो गाडी,मोटर, जहाज कि बजह से कितना नुकसान हुआ हैं हम मनुष्यों का रोड गली मोहल्ल्ेा साफ हैं काम भी वही लोग पहले भी कर रहे थे आज भी वही कर रहें जो पहले घरो में रहते थे , आज भी वही रह रहें इसका सीधा मतलब यही है हममें ही कमी है हम खुद इस ओर ध्यान नहीं दे रहें प्रकृति,हवा को महसूस कीजियेगा सुबह उठकर बहुत परिवर्तन आया हैं।

मैने आज यूपी,बिहार के बार्डर पर और शहरों कि गलियों में नीलगाय,हिरन,मोर,तेदुआ,खरगोश,बारहसिंघा जैसे न जाने कितने जानवरों को घूमते देखा तब हमें समझ आया हम सब ने कितनी बडी भूल कर दी हमने इनका घर उजाड दिया इसके भी जिम्मेदार हम सब हैं, आज ये खुले आसमान में निर्भिक आनन्द के साथ घूम रहे हैं ,शायद ये हमको इशारा है कि हमारे पास अभी अवसर है, अपने जीवों केा प्रकृति को बचाने का नहीं तो प्रकृति को हल्का सा घूमना है ओर रिक्टर स्केल पर 10 कि स्पीड होगी हम आप पूरी मानव प्रजाति का खात्मा हो जायेगा सोचो पहले डायनासोर थे क्या हुआ इनके साथ यही हुआ था, दोस्तो आज हमारे देश को ऐसा यशस्वी प्रधानमंत्री मिला है जो बहुत निर्भिक देश का नेतृत्व करने कि प्रखर क्षमता रखने वाले हैं। उनका शुरूआत से नारा रहा है नये भारत के बनाने में अपना योगदान दे दोस्तो अब समय आ गया है हम अपनी गलती को सुधारे हमने पेडो के अनाधुन कटाई कर डाली लगा कोई नहीं रहा हमें सोचना पडेगा और लोगो केा लाॅकडाउन से सीखना होगा। कि हम क्या-क्या कर सकते हैं सुधार करने में हम सुधार कर सकते हैं अगर आपको लेख में कुछ अच्छा लगा हो तो इसे शेयर करें, जिससे लोगों में जागरूकता बडे और देश हित में लोगों के हाथ काम करने के लिये आगे बडे।

 पृथ्वी पर रहने वाले समस्त लोगों पर इतना बडा भयानक संकट  कोरोना जैसी महामारी का दृश्य मै पहली बार देख रहा हॅू यह मेरे जीवन का सबसे भयानक दृश्य है न चाह कर भी लोग रो रहे हैं। इस महामारी कि वजह से न जाने कितने देश तबाह होने कि कगार पर हैं और बचेे हुए देश कुछ दिनों में तबाह हो जायेगें जिस रफतार से ये महामारी पैर फैला रही मुझे ऐसा लगता है। मैं कुछ अपने विचार आपसे शेयर करना चाहता हूॅ कि क्या - क्या नुकसान किया इस कोरोना वाइरस ने लोगों का सबसे पहले हम बात करते हैं हमारे मन का मनोरंजन करने वाले प्रकृति की सुन्दरता बढाने वाले उन जानवरों कि जो चिडिया घरों में कैद है उनका जीवन सिर्फ इन्सानो पर ही आधारित था अब बेचारे अकेले पड गये हैं क्योंकि कोई बाहर ही नही निकल रहा लोगो को अपनी जान के लेने के देने पडे हैं। समय से उनको भोजन भी मिलना बन्द हो गया है। अब बात करते है उन लोगो कि जो लोग रोज कमाते खाते थ्ेा उनके भी अपने जीवन में कुछ सपने होगे इस वाइरस कि बजह से सब सपने टूट गये सरकारे और सम्प्पन लेाग इनकी मदद करेगे लेकिन मदद कि रोटी खानी होती तो येे मजदूरी जैसे कामों को नही चुनते, इसके बाद हम बात करते हैं उन विधार्थियों कि जो सालों से सरकारी नौकरी के चक्कर में अपने जीवन के सालों के साल जो महत्वपूर्ण पलों को खपा रहे थे। उनके मां बाप कि आंखे इसी इन्तजार में बैठी हैं कब बेटा आयेगा कब खुशियां आयेगी। कुछ ऐसे लोग होगे जो इस साल ओवर रेज हो जायेगे कुछ ऐसे होगे जिनके जीवन में सिर्फ यही साल होगा जाने कितने लोगो को रूला रहा ये कोरोना वाइरस, इसके बाद बात करते हैं बिजनिस मैन कि बेचारे एक-एक करके सेल बढाते बहुत से नये स्टार्टअप होगें जो इस दौर से गुजर रहे थे जिनको अपनी मेहनत पर विश्वास था लेकिन इस कोरोना वाइरस ने रूला के रख दिया। इसके बाद हम बात करते हैं उन छेाटे बच्चों कि जिनकी सुबह होती थी चहचहा के आज सब मायूस से बैठे हैं आने वाले समय में और मायूस होगें, इसके बाद हम बात करते हैं, उन बुजुर्ग लोगो कि जिनको डाक्टर ने कुछ दिनो पहले ही टहलना,घूमना फिरना सेहत स्वस्थ्य बनायेे रखने का जादूयी चिराग बताया था आज इनका हाल बेहाल है। कुछ लोग वो है जो अपनी रोजी रोटी कमाने के लिये अपने अपने घरों से काफी दूर हैं आज उनका मन अपने घर वालों केा देखने को कर रहा होगा लेकिन उनको ये डर भी होगा कि वे जिस शहर में हैं वहां वाइरस काफी नुकसान कर चुका है शायद मैं भी इसका शिकार तो नहीं ये सोच अपने घर नहीं जा पा रहे होगें, कुछ वो लोग हैं जो नाम, तरक्की, शोहरत के चक्कर में अपने देश, परिवार को छोड दूसरे देशों में हैं भले ही वहां अच्छी व्यवस्था फिर भी ये मन बडा चंचल है अन्दर ही अन्तर अपने देश, परिवार की दिल से बहुत याद कर रहे होगें। ये सब कष्ट में हैं बस एक छोटी सी गलती कि बजह से कि विश्व विरादरी ने चीन जैसे देशों को खुली छूट दी। बडी-बडी एजेन्सियां खुल के विरोध नही कर पायी क्योकि इनको फंड भी यही दे रहीं, विश्व रिकार्ड रहा है चीन ने हमेशा अपनी पावर का गलत उपयोग किया है चीन वीटो जैसी पावर को हमेशा गलत जगह उपयोग करता रहा है । इसलिये सभी देशों को एक साथ आकर इस पर लगाम लगाना बहुत जरूरी हो जाता है नहीं तो समय से पहले ही यह पृथ्वी को बर्बाद कर देगा।

शर्म आनी चाहिये बडी-बडी एजेन्सियों को बडे-बडे विकसित व विकासशील देशों को कि क्या इस तरह कि महामारी पहली बार हुई है इसका जबाब है नही 2003 सार्स, 2012 मैर्स, 2020 कोरोना क्या है ये सब और सच्चाई तो ये है कोरोना के खात्मे के बाद इससे बडी समस्या आने वाली है ओजोन परत भी जल्द ही जबाब देने वाली है, और आधी दुनिया से पानी का तो खात्मा हो ही गया और प्रकृति को तो हम धीरे-धीरे खा ही गये। लेकिन विकासशील देश आंख बन्द कर विकास करने में लगे हैं विकसित देश आंख बन्द कर और विकसित होने में लगे हैं, क्या करोगे ऐसा करके जब पृथ्वी ही नही रहेगी बडी-बडी एजेन्सियां मानवधिकार कि बात करती हैं क्या करोगे मानवाधिकार का जब उन्हे चलाने वाली प्रकृति का नाश हेा रहा है, हमारी पृथ्वी पर आधे से ज्यादा हिस्से पर मांस को भेाजन के रूप में उपयोग किया जा रहा है जो विचारे निर्दोष जानवर हैं। अगर हम खेती और पानी के लिये काम करते तो आज सफल हो गये होते कोई न कोई रास्ता निकल ही आता सब खुश होते सबके पास रोजगार होता । उन जानवरो का भेाजन के रूप में सेवन हो रहा जिनका प्रकृति से सीधा सम्बन्ध हैं, वो नही तो कुछ नहीं ,कुछ लोग मांस खाना अपना धर्म बताते हैं कहते हैं हमारेे धर्म में लिखा है लाखों करोडो जानवर मक्का में कुरवान कर दिये जाते हैं कौन सा धर्म है ये क्या इन्सान अपना विवेक खेा चुका है कि वह अपने विवेकानुसार कुछ सोच भी नही सकता ऐसा कैस्ेा हो सकता है जानवर कुर्वान करने से हम खुश कैसे रह सकते हैं और अब तो मासूम जानवर भी खाने लगे ऐसा क्यो हुआ क्योकि बडी-बडी संस्थाओं ने अपने फायदे के लिये प्रथ्वी का सर्वनाश कर दिया है सब संस्थाओ को मिलकर पहले प्रकृति को सुरक्षित करना चाहिये। पृथ्वी नीले से काली होती चली जा रही फिर भी हम रूक ही नही रहे आखिर क्या हो गया है हमें , प्रथ्वी के समस्त देशों को एक साथ आना चाहिये और धर्म का हवाला देकर कुकर्म करने वाले लोगो को सख्त कार्यवाही करे हमें ऐसे लोगो कि जरूरत नही सनातन संस्कृति में हर रोग के बचाव का रास्ता है क्योकि यह अपने आप मंे विरली और प्रचीन है लेकिन हम उसे धर्म से जोड देते हैं, आखिर क्यों सरकारी नौकरी के लिये तो सब किताबे पढते हो अपने फायदे के लिये तो जिस ग्रन्थों में अच्छा लिखा है उसे समाज कल्याण के लिये अपनाने पढने में क्या दिक्कत अगर कोई पढता भी है तो किसी का धर्म खतरे में आने लगता है तो किसी कि राजनीति कि रोटियां सिकनी बन्द हो जाती है। बडे-बडे विकसित,विकासशील,संस्थायें से मेरी दिल से गुजारिस है कृपया पृथ्वी को बचाने में सख्त कदम उठाये जो देश सहमत न हो उसे समझाये फिर भी न माने उसे नक्शे से हटाये नही तो ये पूरी पृथ्वी को ले डूवेगें। एक कि गलती के कारण सबको कष्ट भेागना पड रहा है।
