इन पारसी शरणार्थियों ने अपनी पहली बसाहट को 'संजान' नाम दिया, क्योंकि इसी नाम का एक नगर तुर्कमेनिस्तान में है, जहां से वे आए थे। कुछ वर्षों के अंतराल में दूसरा समूह (खुरसानी या कोहिस्तानी) आया, जो अपने साथ धार्मिक उपकरण (अलात) लाया। स्थल मार्ग से एक तीसरे समूह के आने की भी जानकारी है। इस तरह जिन पारसियों ने इस्लाम नहीं अपनाया या तो वे मारे गए या उन्होंने भारत में शरण ली।

गुजरात के दमण-दीव के पास के क्षे‍त्र के राजा जाड़ी राणा ने उनको शरण दी और उनके अग्नि मंदिर की स्थापना के लिए भूमि और कई प्रकार की सहायता भी दी। सन् 721 ई. में प्रथम पारसी अग्नि मंदिर बना। भारतीय पारसी अपने संवत् का प्रारंभ अपने अंतिम राजा यज्दज़र्द-1 के प्रभावकाल से लेते हैं।

10वीं सदी के अंत तक इन्होंने गुजरात के अन्य भागों में भी बसना प्रारंभ कर दिया। 15वीं सदी में भारत में भी ईरान की तरह इस्लामिक क्रांति के चलते 'संजान' पर मुसलमानों के द्वारा आक्रमण किए जाने के कारण वहां के पारसी जान बचाकर पवित्र अग्नि को साथ लेकर नवसारी चले गए। अंग्रेजों का शासन होने के बाद पारसी धर्म के लोगों को कुछ राहत मिली।

16वीं सदी में सूरत में जब अंग्रेजों ने फैक्टरियां खोली तो बड़ी संख्या में पारसी कारीगर और व्यापारियों ने बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लिया। अंग्रेज भी उनके माध्यम से व्यापार करते थे जिसके लिए उन्हें दलाल नियुक्त कर दिया जाता था। कालांतर में 'बॉम्बे' अंग्रेजों के हाथ लग गया और उसके विकास के लिए कारीगरों आदि की आवश्यकता थी। विकास के साथ ही पारसियों ने बंबई की ओर रुख किया। इस तरह पारसी धर्म के लोग दीव और दमण के बाद गुजरात के सूरत में व्यापार करने लगे और फिर वे बंबई में बस गए। वर्तमान में भारत में पारसियों की जनसंख्या लगभग 1 लाख है जिसका 70% मुंबई में रहते हैं।

ईरानी मुस्लिम नहीं?

ईरान अकेला मुल्क है जहां शिया राष्ट्रीय धर्म है। इसके अलावा इराक और बहरीन में शिया बहुमत में हैं। धार्मिक मतभेद के कारण सऊदी अरब और ईरान के बीच वैचारिक टकराव सबसे बुरे दौर में है। सऊदी अरब के सबसे बड़े धर्म गुरु मुफ्ती अब्दुल अजीज अल-शेख के अनुसार ईरानी लोग मुस्लिम नहीं हैं। अब्दुल-अजीज सऊदी किंग द्वारा स्थापित इस्लामिक ऑर्गेनाइजेशन के चीफ हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि ईरानी लोग 'जोरोस्त्रियन' यानी पारसी धर्म के अनुयायी रहे हैं।

उन्होंने कहा था, 'हम लोगों को समझना चाहिए कि ईरानी लोग मुस्लिम नहीं हैं क्योंकि वे मेजाय (पारसी) के बच्चे हैं। इनकी मुस्लिमों और खासकर सुन्नियों से पुरानी दुश्मनी रही है। सऊदी अरब वाले अब भी खुद को वास्तविक मुसलमान मानते हैं। उन्हें लगता है कि ईरानी लोग पारसी से मुस्लिम बने हैं। ईरानियों ने हमेशा अरबों या मुसलमानों से शत्रुता रखी थी। हालांकि जब 1979 में ईरान अयातुल्ला खोमैनी के नेतृत्व में इस्लामिक क्रांति हुई तो इन ईरानियों ने अपने बचे हुई प्राचीन स्मारक, मंदिर और मूर्तियों को भी तोड़ दिया था।

आज विधार्थी बचपन से बडे तक पन्द्रह से सोलह साल तक पढाई में लगाता है फिर भी पढाई पूरी होने के बाद न कैरियर बना न सुखी रही आप सोच रहे होगे क्या बकबास है लेकिन धैर्य रखखे हम आपके समझाने कि पूरी कोशिश करेगें। ग्रेजुएशन के बाद या तो आप सरकारी नौकरी के चक्कर में भागेगे या फिर कोई टेक्निकल कोर्स कि तरफ भागेगे कुुछ को पता ही नही क्या करना है आगे क्या नही फिर हम फस जाते है भवर जाल में और आने वाला समय हमारे लिये दुखद बन जाता है। लेकिन यह भी नही कहा जा सकता कि आर्पौचनीटि कम बहुत आर्पौचनीटि बहुत हैं लेकिन पहले गुरूकुल सभ्यता में जो गुरू होते थे। वह अपना तन- मन एकाग्रता के साथ अपने शिष्य पर लगाते थे और हर विधार्थी कि क्षमता के आकलन कर लेते थे फिर उसको दिशा देते थे विधार्थी आनन्द के साथ लगन के साथ आगे बढता था। आज उसके विपरीत दृष्य देखने को मिलता है गुरू रूपये के भूखे हद से ज्यादा लालची हो गये है जिन्होने आज विधार्थी के जीवन को सुधारने का ठेका ले रखा है, इसका बहुत बडा अलग से मार्केट भी बना दिया है। लाखों ,करोडो का व्यापार बन गया है सबसे दुखद बात यह है कि इनको असलियत में विधार्थी से कोई मतलब नही हर साल कबाड कि तरह विधार्थी भर लेते हैं अगली साल फिर नये विधार्थी इसी तरह हर साल यही चलता रहता है। अगर आप पूछे आप के यहा से हजारो लाखेां विधार्थी आते हैं कैरियर कितने का बना इनको कुछ पता नही होता इनको सिर्फ अपना अकांउट फुल करने में तारगेट रहता है। जो विधार्थी ग्रेजुएशन करके आया और सरकारी नौकरी पाने के लिये कोचिंग में एडमिशन लिया उससे क्या पता और कोचिंग इन्सटियूट मंे एक बैंच में हजारो बच्च्ेा होते हैं और टीचर भी अपना पडाया निकल लिये क्या समझ आया कि नही कुछ मतलब नही आज कि ये स्थिति है फिर विधार्थी रगडते-रगडते  कुत्ते कि जिदंगी जीते-जीते चार-पांच साल गवा देता है। उसके भूख, प्यास, मूल भूत इच्छाये मरने लगती हैं। कोचिंग इन्स्टयूट के पांच साल में करोेडो का व्यापार हो गया फिर पांच साल बाद विधार्थी जिस पढाई से दुनिया बदलने कि सोचता था आज खुद कि दुनिया गुमनाम नजर आने लगती है इसकी जिम्मेदारी हमारे गुरू कि थी जिस लिये विधार्थी आया था वो दिया नही गुमनाम भीड में खडा हुआ महसूस कर रहा है। आज का छात्र उसमेे कुछ सोचते है कुछ और देखा जाये लेकिन चार पांच साल में खर्च इतना हो जाता है कि अब पहले कही से कमाये फिर कुछ और करे कुछ अपनी जिंदगी विधाता के नाम करके आंख में आंसू या अपने इन्सटिटयूट या समय को कोसता रहता है। कुछ अपनी जिदंगी से हारकर पालग या गुमनाम हो जाते हैं। कुछ लोग सोचते हैं सायद मोबाइल कि तरह कोई लाइफ को भी रिसेट बटन होता दवाते ही सब फिर से नया हो जाता।

कुछ को तो छैः सात महीने लग जाते हैं। हमारा मन जागरूकता खो देता है जिस प्रकार हिरन के नाभी में कस्तूरी होती है और वह भटकता हुआ फिरता रहता है वही हालत हो जाती है उस समय युवा-युवती कि फिर कुछ दिन बाद बात चीत होती है कुछ कि कहानी सफल होती है कुछ थक चुके होते है और आशिक आवारा कि तरह जीवन जीने लगते हैं। 

जिनकी कहानी बन जाती है, उनकी कुछ रात रात भर बाते लम्बी लम्बी हाकते है जितना झूठ बोलो उतना आनन्द ऐसा सबसे हेाता है,फिर कुछ दिन बाद बाहर मिलना उस समय एक्सपैक्टेसन हाबी होती हैं नये नये चीजे लेते देते है एक दूसरे को जो अपने लिये नही ली कभी और आनन्द के दिन बीतते हैं। फिर कुछ दिनो बाद एक्सपैक्टेसन और बढ जाती है एक दूसरे पर पूरी न होने पर लडाई मन मिटाव हो जाते हैं और फिर कुछ वही कहानी सुधारने में लग जाते है कुछ नही कहानी कि तलास में निकलते हैं। ऐसा मेरे ख्याल से पता क्यो होता है क्योकि हम म्चोर नही होते हैं और फिर जब कॉलेज  यूनिवर्सिटी में जाते है वहां भी सब नया नया होती है हम कुछ दिन तो बडे सरीफ रहते है फिर धीरे-धीरे दोस्त यार बनेे अपना रंग दिखाना शुरू कर देते हैं ये तेरी वाली ये मेरी वाली साला फिर हम सोचते है यार हम पहले ये सब कर चुके अब नही करना पढना है लेकिन कही न कही दोस्तो को देखते देखते हम भी आशिकि कि डोर फिर से बिछाना शुरू कर देेते हैं और मोह माया में फिर फस जाते हैं। डर-डर के उससे बातें करते हैं क्योकि पहले का गम याद आ जाता है, सोचते हैं अब अच्छा करूगा खुश रखूगंा और रहूंगा ।

भारत कि आबादी जल्द ही चीन को पीछे छोड सबसे आगे होने वाली है। सबसे अच्छी बात तो यह है कि इस देश में युवा शक्ति सबसे अधिक है और भारतीय सबसे ज्यादा मेहनती भी है भारतीय दिन भर गर्मी हो या सर्दी सबको सहने कि इतनी शक्ति है कि शायद और किसी देश के लोगो में हो ऐसे में अगर कोई सरकार भारत को पांच ट्रीलियन इकोनाॅमी बनने का सपना दिखाता है तो इसमे कोई बडी बात नही हममे वो ताकत है हम अपनी अर्थव्यवस्था को आसमान तक पहुंचा सकते हैं एक रूपये में पांच डाॅलर बनाने कि क्षमता हममे हैं।
लेकिन भारतीय युवा 60 प्रतिशत सरकारी नौकरी के चक्कर में अपनी जिदंगी के 22 से 30 साल तक सरकारी नौकरी पाने में लगे रहते हैं। दूसरी बात ये भी है कि ये जो सरकारी नौकरी के चक्कर में युवा भागता है असलियत में इन्ही में भरपूर जोश होता है मैने देखा कैसे मैनेज करके तैयारी करते है पानी,धूप,कपडे,सोना, भूख ,आराम सब पर काबू पा लेते हैं इन्हेे कोई चिन्ता नही लगे हैं बस जो मिल गया खा लिया जो मिल गया पहन लिया बीस -बीस किलो मीटर पैदल चलते है दिन भर में फिर भी अगले दिन के लिये तैयार आज युवाओ को समझना होगा कि सरकारे सभी को सरकारी नौकरी नही दे सकती इसलिये पांच से छै साल लग जाते है नौकरी पाते पाते लोगो कि भीड दिन प्रतिदिन बढ ही रही है क्या करे  सरकारे फिर उल्लू बनाना शुरू कर देती है एक फार्म का पेपर होते होते 2 साल लग जाते हैं। तब तक युवा कि जिदगी ठंडी होने लगती हैं।

 नौकरी लगी तो शादी नही तो फिरो मारे-मारे हम लोग ये तो कहते है कि महिला-पुरूष एक समान लेकिन इस ओर किसी का ध्यान नही जाता कि सभी को अपनी लडकी के लिये सरकारी जाॅब वाला लडका चाहिये ऐसी मानसिकता को हमने जन्म दे रख्खा है सरकारी नौकरी पाना अब आसान नही रहा कि आंख खोली और सबेरा हो गया लडकी अगर सरकारी जाॅब करती है तो उस लडके से शादी क्यो नही कर सकती फ्री तो नही है लडका कोशिश तो कि असफलता मिली तो उसमें उसका क्या देाष फिर घर वाले और खुद लडका शादी के चक्कर में ढोंग रचाता है और शादी हो जाती है कुछ दिनो बाद राज खुलते है फिर लडाई झगडे होते हैं और कोई रास्ता ही नही काटो जिन्दगी रो-रो कर आज युवाओ को सोचना चाहिये कि भारत के प्रिय प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी बिजनिस करो का फाॅमूला दे रहे इसी क्षेत्र पर ज्यादा जोर दे रहे हमें भी यही करना चाहिये स्नातक पढने के बाद हमें अपना मन बिजनिस सेक्टर में लगाना चाहिये आज सरकारी नौकरी कि आॅपोरचिनिटी खत्म हो रही है इतनी आबदी में कहा से नौकरियां आये हम भारतीयो के पास इतना कुछ है लोगो को देने के लिये जिसकी विदेशी बाजारो को जरूरत है और भारत पुरानी और हजारों साल पुरानी संस्कृति है नये आयाम हैं काम करो और लग जाओ भारत को शशक्त बनाने में अपना योगदान दे और हजारों लेागो को खुद रोजगार दे सकते हैं। अपना जीवन भी धुआं धार तरीके से जी सकते हैं। हम पांच से छै साल तक सरकारी नौकरी कि तैयारी करते हैं हमारे देश में खुद एक सौ पैतीस करोड कि आबादी है पांच-छैः साल में तो बिजनिस को आसमान तक पहुचाया जा सकता है और अनलिमिटेड कमाई कर सकते है। हमे इस ओर सोचने ध्यान देने कि जरूरत है।

सीएए के विरोध में हैरान करने वाली बात यह है कि विरोधी सीएए में किसी आपत्तिजनक प्रावधान को इंगित न कर कानून वापस लेने कि जिद पर अडे हुए हैं। इस कानून के साथ एनआरसी के स्वकल्पित भय को जोडकर उन्होने हिसा का बहाना बनाया। इस स्थिति को बनाने में कई पत्रकारों,नेताओ,बुद्वजीवियों एवं कलाकारों ने नकारात्मक ही नही बल्कि घातक भूमिका निभाई विरोध कि अगुवाई कर रहे स्वर सीएए के किसी प्रावधान पर बात न कर केवल भारतीय नेतृत्व के प्रति भावनायें भडका रहे हैं।

उदाहरण- पत्रकार सबा नकबी ने विरोधियों से अदालतों के सहारे न रहकर सडको पर उतरने का आवाहन किया वही एमआइएम नेता वारिस पठान ने 15 करोड मुसलमान होने के बावजूद सौ करोड पर भारी पडने कि धमकी दी। छात्र नेता शर्जील इमाम असम को भारत से अलग करने कि बात कर रहा था तब कवि हुसैन हैदरी सीएए को राज्य प्रायोजित आतंकवाद बता रहे थे। राजनीति दलों ने भी आग में घी डालने का काम किया। खुद सोनिया गांधी ने अस्तित्व का हवाला देकर वर्ग विशेष को घरो से निकलने कि आवाज दी और अकबरूददीन ओवैसी ने भारत को अपने मतावलवियों कि पैतृक जागीर बताया विपक्ष और वामपंथियों बुद्वजीवियों द्वारा समर्थित जहरीले विरोध का आलम रह था कि लोग गलत नारे 

लगाने लगे।

दिल्ली में पुलिसकर्मियों और अधिकारियों पर लगातार हुए हमलों में इस नक्सली विचार कि स्पष्ट झलक मिलती है। सीएए विरोध में अन्य स्थानों पर हुयी हिंसा कि ही भांति दिल्ली दंगों में भी पुलिस और सुरक्षावलों को विशेष रूप से निशाना बनाया गया। इन हमलों में एक पुलिसकर्मी और गुप्तचरकर्मी कि मौत हो गयी और एक वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारी को गंभीर चोटे आयी। एक अन्य स्थान पर अर्धसैनिक बलों के उपर तेजाब फेका गया पुलिस और सुरक्षा बलों को निशाना बनना क्षणिक भावावेश न होकर एक सोची समझी रणनीति का ही हिस्सा था। मोदी सरकार अभी तक यह भी नही समझ पाई है कि जिस सरकार ने दशको शासन किया हो और देश हित में कोई भी कानून बनाने में बोलने  में सिर्फ अपना फायदा देखती रही हो आपस में लडवाती रही हो जिसकी पार्टी कि नीव ही यही हो फिर मोदी सरकार द्वारा देश हित में लिये गये फैसले देश में शान्ति सबका साथ,सबका विकास ,सबका विश्वास,कैसे बर्दाश्त कर सकती है।
