कश्मीर भी कोरोना से कराह रहा है। तेजी से बढते मामलों ने कश्मीरियो में अलग सी बेचैनी और चिंता को बढा दिया है। अजीब सी खमोशी पसरी हुई है, वीरान सडको पर संरक्षाकर्मी मुस्तैद हैं। बीते दिनों आतंकियों ने भी कुछ हलचल दिखाई लेकिन उसे काबू कर लिया गया। अलगाववादियों और जिहादियों का गढ कहलाने वाला वारामूला,हंदवाडा और बडगाम के दूरदराज के इलाकेां में कुछ युवक-युवतियां बेखौफ हेाकर आम लोगों के घरों तक मदद पहुंचा रहे हैं। ताकि कोई भूखा न सोए ये स्थानीय मुस्लिम युवक-युवतियां राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ कि इकाई सेवा भारती के कार्यकर्ता हैं। वही एक कार्यकर्ता गुलाम मुहम्मद ने कहा आप कैसे कह सकते हैं कि आरएसएस हमारा दुश्मन है, ये उन लोगों का दुश्मन हो सकता है जो हमें जाहिल बनाये रखना चाहते हैं।

आज आरएसएस परिवार स्वयं और बहुत सारी समाजसेवी संस्थायें रोज लाखों,करोडों लोगों को भोजन उनके घरों तक उपलब्ध करा रही है।

आरएसएस संस्था क्या है। 

राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ भारत का एक ,राष्ट्रवादी,अर्धसैनिक, स्वयंसेवक संगठन हैं, जो व्यापक रूप से भारत के सत्तारूढ़ दल भारतीय जनता पार्टी का पैतृक संगठन माना जाता हैं। यह राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ की अपेक्षा संघ या आर.एस.एस. के नाम से अधिक प्रसिद्ध है। बीबीसी के अनुसार संघ विश्व का सबसे बड़ा स्वयंसेवी संस्थान है।

प्रारंभिक प्रोत्साहन हिंदू अनुशासन के माध्यम से चरित्र प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना है  संगठन भारतीय संस्कृति और नागरिक समाज के मूल्यों को बनाए रखने के आदर्शों को बढ़ावा देता है ,संघ दुनिया के लगभग 80 से अधिक देशों में कार्यरत है। संघ के लगभग 50 से ज्यादा संगठन राष्ट्रीय ओर अंतराष्ट्रीय ख्याति प्राप्त है ओर लगभग 200 से अधिक संघठन क्षेत्रीय प्रभाव रखते हैं। जिसमे कुछ प्रमुख संगठन है जो संघ की विचारधारा को आधार मानकर राष्ट्र और सामाज के बीच सक्रिय है। जिनमे कुछ राष्ट्रवादी, सामाजिक, राजनैतिक, युवा वर्गों के बीच में कार्य करने वाले, शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में, सेवा के क्षेत्र में, सुरक्षा के क्षेत्र में, धर्म और संस्कृति के क्षेत्र में, संतो के बीच में, विदेशो में, अन्य कई क्षेत्रों में संघ परिवार के संघठन सक्रिय रहते हैं। संघ में संगठनात्मक रूप से सबसे ऊपर सरसंघचालक का स्थान होता है जो पूरे संघ का दिशा-निर्देशन करते हैं। सरसंघचालक की नियुक्ति मनोनयन द्वारा होती है। प्रत्येक सरसंघचालक अपने उत्तराधिकारी की घोषणा करता है। वर्तमान में संघ के सरसंघचालक श्री मोहन भागवत हैं। संघ के ज्यादातर कार्यों का निष्पादन शाखा के माध्यम से ही होता है, जिसमें सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर सुबह या शाम के समय एक घंटे के लिये स्वयंसेवकों का परस्पर मिलन होता है। वर्तमान में पूरे भारत में संघ की लगभग पचपन हजार से ज्यादा शाखा लगती हैं। वस्तुत: शाखा ही तो संघ की बुनियाद है जिसके ऊपर आज यह इतना विशाल संगठन खड़ा हुआ है। शाखा की सामान्य गतिविधियों में खेल, योग, वंदना और भारत एवं विश्व के सांस्कृतिक पहलुओं पर बौद्धिक चर्चा-परिचर्चा शामिल है।

शाखा किसी मैदान या खुली जगह पर एक घंटे की लगती है। शाखा में व्यायाम, खेल, सूर्य नमस्कार, समता (परेड), गीत और प्रार्थना होती है। सामान्यतः शाखा प्रतिदिन एक घंटे की ही लगती है। शाखाएँ निम्न प्रकार की होती हैं:

प्रभात शाखा: सुबह लगने वाली शाखा को "प्रभात शाखा" कहते है।

सायं शाखा: शाम को लगने वाली शाखा को "सायं शाखा" कहते है।

रात्रि शाखा: रात्रि को लगने वाली शाखा को "रात्रि शाखा" कहते है।

मिलन: सप्ताह में एक या दो बार लगने वाली शाखा को "मिलन" कहते है।

संघ-मण्डली: महीने में एक या दो बार लगने वाली शाखा को "संघ-मण्डली" कहते है।

पूरे भारत में अनुमानित रूप से 55,000 से ज्यादा शाखा लगती हैं। विश्व के अन्य देशों में भी शाखाओं का कार्य चलता है, पर यह कार्य राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ नाम से नहीं चलता। कहीं पर "भारतीय स्वयंसेवक संघ" तो कहीं "हिन्दू स्वयंसेवक संघ" के माध्यम से चलता है।

शाखा में "कार्यवाह" का पद सबसे बड़ा होता है। उसके बाद शाखाओं का दैनिक कार्य सुचारू रूप से चलने के लिए "मुख्य शिक्षक" का पद होता है। शाखा में बौद्धिक व शारीरिक क्रियाओं के साथ स्वयंसेवकों का पूर्ण विकास किया जाता है।

जो भी सदस्य शाखा में स्वयं की इच्छा से आता है, वह "स्वयंसेवक" कहलाता हैं।

पूरी दुनिया को कोरोना जैसी महामारी में झोकने वाले चीन ने दुनिया के मानवों को नष्ट करने कि ठान ली है, कुछ दिन ही हुए चीन को कोरोना से कुछ निजात मिले लेकिन इसी कि बजह से अभी भी पूरी दुनिया महामारी से अपनी जान,माल का नुकसान झेल रही है,लाखों लोग मर रहे हैं फिर भी निरंकुश चीनी शासन थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा न ही बडी-बडी संस्थायें कार्यवाही कर रही चीन द्वारा किये गये निर्जीव जानवरों पर अत्याचार से ही कोरोना जैसी महामारी ने जन्म लिया लाखों लोग मर गये और लाखों लोगों कि जान जाने कि अभी भी आशंका है, चीन को इससे सीखने कि जरूरत थी लेकिन विकास के दौर में पूरी दुनिया को मौत में धकेल चीन फिर से गलती दौहरा रहा चीन में बेट मार्केट फिर से शुरू हो गया जहां बिल्लियां,कुत्ते,मछली,खरगोश,चमगादड,उल्लू, समुद्री जीव,पशु-पक्षी का मांस बेचना फिर शुरू कर दिया है,चीन अपनी गलती से कुछ नहीं सीखा अभी तक ऐसा लगता है, न ही दुनिया में मर रहे लोगों कि चिन्ता है उसे सिर्फ बाजारबाद,स्वार्थवाद पर ही अढा है ऐसे में संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ व सभी देशों को एक साथ आकर इसका विरोध करना चाहिये और बैट मार्केट को बिल्कुल बन्द करवा देना चाहिये। नहीं तो इसका परिणाम पूरी दुनिया को फिर से भुगतना पड सकता है। अभी कुछ देशों ने ही इसके खिलाफ अवाज उठायी है,सबको मिलकर एक साथ आना होगा।

योगी बाबा दोस्तों जैसा कि पहले लोग श्री योगी जी केा बाबा जी कहते थे कुछ आलोचना भी करते थे कि बाबा जी से न हो पायेगा, कुछ समय पहले मैने भी यही सोचना शुरू कर दिया था,लेकिन समय के साथ मेरी आंखे खुल गयी, बाबा जी जिनका पूरा नाम माननीय श्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी है, मैने तो और भी जाने क्या-क्या सुना था शोसल मीडिया पर लेकिन आज उन सब नकारात्मक चीजों कि धज्जियां उडा डाली बाबा जी ने जो इस समय उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री का पद ग्रहण किये हैं, उनको जो छोटा, कमजोर, सरकार न चल पाने जैसा समझते थे लेकिन आज उनका भी मुंह बन्द हो गया, और मुझे लगता है, सालों बन्द रहने वाला है क्योकि श्री योगी जी तो भयानक लगनशील, तुरन्त फैसले लेने वाले ,खुद जमीन पर उतरकर तुरन्त काम करने वाले, देश में कानून व्यवस्था,चोरी,चमारी, गरीबों का शोषण जैसे मुददे पर तुरन्त फैसला कोई दूसरा दिन नहीं ऐसा मैं नहीं ऐसा देखा गया है, और यह बात अब सबको दिखने भी लगी ऐसा मुख्यमंत्री जिसको कुछ चाहिये ही नहीं समाज सेवा में ही अपने को खफा रख्खा है, ऐसा नहीं लोग इनकी बातों को सुनते भी हैं क्योकि इनके फैसले अंतिम फैसले होते है जो हमेशा श्री योगी जी को उन्नति कि ओर ले जाने में बहुत लाभकारी सिद्व हुए है। ऐसे मुख्यमंत्री हैं जो अपने प्रदेश के लोगों कि सुरक्षा के लिये रातों रात काम करते हैं और अगले दिन कानून पारित हो जाता है इससे पहले कि सरकारों में जाति धर्म देखते थे चाहे लोगों का या सरकारी सम्पत्ति का कितना भी नुकसान हो जाये कानून बनना ही बन्द हो गये थे। योगी जी में अभी कोरोना वाइरस के चलते एक अलग ही नेतृत्व देखने को मिला है। आज सब्जी अभी वही रेट है, गरीबों के लिये मदद पर काम तेजी से चल रहा है, हां कुछ गलतियां हुई लेकिन उसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी हम योगी सरकार पर नहीं डाल सकते क्योकि इसके जिम्मेदार कुछ हम भी हैं और वो लोग हैं, जिनको एलर्ट करने के बाबजूद भी वो लोग नहीं माने और पलायन कर रहे थ्ेा। इनकी भी व्यवस्था योगी सरकार ने रातो रात कर दी। जिस तरह सनातन संस्कृति महान है उसी तरह आज योगी जी के काम भी महान सिद्व हो रहे है।

भारतीय गोवंश कि अनूठी विशेषता है। भारतीय गाय का दूध ,गोबर,गेामूत्र सब गुणकारी है। इनका उपयोग चरक और सूश्रुप्त  कि प्राचीन वैज्ञानिक आयुर्वेद ग्रन्थों में मिलता है।

भारतीय जीवन पद्वति के ही प्रतीक हिन्दू मन्दिर हैं हमें मन्दिरेंा को मूल भावना में अपने अंदर परिवेश में पुनः जीवित बनाना चाहिये। यह विश्व को मार्ग दिखाने व घाव भरने में सहयोगी सिद्व होगा। यह आश्चर्य कि बात है कि सभी परम्पराओं में सबसे प्राचीन सत्यनिष्ठा और विविधता परक होते हुए भी हिन्दू धर्म को ही सबसे कम समझा गया। पश्चिमी देशों ने मन्दिरेां और सभ्यताओं को बहुत हानि पहुंचायी है जिसका परिणाम बहुत भयानक आ रहा है।

 दोस्तों आज जब पूरे पृथ्वी को कोरोना जैसी महामारी ने घेर रखा है हर जगह मौत का तांडब है ऐसे में हर वह व्यक्ति सोचता होगा कि शायद हम अपने देश में होते परिवार के साथ होते यह सोचना बहुत लाजमी हो जाता है, क्योंकि इसके जिम्मेदार भी आप हैं आप ने ही इसका चुनाव किया अपने परिवार को छोडना, जिनका आपसे मिलाप सिर्फ कुछ वर्षो का हैं मरने के बाद हम कभी नहीं मिलने वाले, हम महान बनने के चक्कर में शायद अज्ञानता को जन्म दे बैठे, आज हर उस व्यक्ति का परिवार चिन्तित है जो दूसरे देशों में हैं, आप बतायें दिल से आप ने आखिर क्यों उस मार्ग को चुना था, अधिक खुशियो के लिये आज अमेरिका,फ्रंास,इटली,ब्रिटेन जैसे देश जो हर चीज में बहुत आगे हैं अच्छे डाक्टर अच्छे सुविधायें हैं लेकिन आज जब वास्तव मंे जरूरत पडी तो सच सामने हैं कुछ नहीं सिर्फ छलावा है, आप अपनी महानता अपने देश में भी सिद्व कर सकते थ्ेा, जहां के लोग आपके थे, मिटटी आपकी थी, परिवार आपके साथ था आपकी महानता से देश और देश के लेाग आगे बढते अगर भारत कि बात करें तो भारतीय हर क्षेत्र में महानता हासिल कर चुका है लेकिन सब अपने फायदे के लिये अपना देश को छोडकर भाग जाते हैं। आज जब लाखों कि संख्या में लोग वहां मर रहे हैं ऐसे में कौन जीवित है कौन मर गया कुछ पता नहीं परिवार वाले पल पल काॅल कर रहे बात होती रहे तो जिन्दा है बात होना बन्द तो समझे कोई समस्या है   हो गयी कोई बताये और कोई माध्यम है और जो मर भी रहे उनका दाह संस्कार कुछ ही समय में करना अनिवार्य है। ऐसे में आप कैसे अपने देश से ज्यादा सुरक्षित महसूस कर सकते हैं।
